72nd Republic Day Celebration at Tamil Nadu & Puducherry

The Indian Nation celebrated its 72nd Republic Day on Tuesday Jan 26, 2021.

The Republic Day celebrations across Tamil Nadu & Puducherry were held in a granduer manner despite minimal spectators.

Considering the prevalent pandemic situation, the Government of Tamil Nadu had also cancelled the Cultural performances by Students of Schools and college during the Republic Day celebrations.

Hon'ble Lt. Governer Kiran Bedi unfurled the Indian Flag and presented awards and medals during the Republic Day celebrations held at the Indira Gandhi Sports Stadium in Uppalam, Puducherry.
