Mr. Milan Hovorka, Ambassador of the Czech Republic, New Delhi.

The Honorable Ministers visited New Delhi Jan 13-15, 2020 along with a multi-sectoral Business Delegation, to further ties between India and the Czech Republic. Mr. Arun invited both Honorable Ministers to Chennai while putting forth Tamil Nadu as one of India’s most industrialized States along with generating significantly to India’s tax revenue. Tamil Nadu has been keen to explore partnerships with the Czech Republic in areas covering Power Efficiency, Higher Education, Youth Sports, Films & Tourism. Mr. Arun also put forth about Puducherry with its established position covering Tourism & Fisheries while being keen to explore partnerships in Higher Education & Tourism.
During the 2nd Indo-Czech Business Forum held the same afternoon, Mr. Arun interacted with several business delegates across industries including Engineering, Finance & Glass-making. Mr. Arun later attended the Czech Reception hosted by H.E. Mr. Milan Hovorka, held at the Czech Embassy in New Delhi, that also exhibited the works of several Czech Glass Artisans.
